(OTC PINK: GAWK) today announced that on June 14, 2016, the Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 30, 2016, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In the filing, the Company reported that the Company’s revenue for the quarter increased to $1,460,653 from $58,582 for the three months ended April 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. Gross profit was up 592%, from $58,582, to $405,620. Current assets rose by 16%, from $783,865, to $906,906.

Kettle commented that the increase in revenue was due to the Company’s growth as a result of the acquisition of two businesses, Net D Consulting and Connexum, during the past year. and organic growth. “GAWK has gone through a significant transformation and has expanded its business customer base and added a significant number of network facilities and points of presence expanding its geographic reach.” Kettle said. “Through these acquisitions, we acquired advanced systems and infrastructure, augmented our management team and employee base with talented, experienced, well-trained professionals, while continuing to provide a strong platform for further acquisitions.”
